About my logo

I am very fortunate to be on the blogosphere in the great company of so many talented and beautiful people.  Recently I asked one such beautiful talent if she would mind helping me with a logo of sorts for my blog.   She is super talented at blending images and making some beautiful backgrounds for print or digital use.  I truly love everything she creates.  I’m in love with all of it!  She only asked if I could send her an image of my preference.  I didn’t.  I didn’t have time and honestly I had no clue what to send her, because nothing came close to what I liked.  I did share that my thing is the ocean, the wild tempestuous sea.  I’m a huge romantic.  That was something I was thrilled to have in common with her.  I adore butterflies and the color blue will always be a part of my life.  Appropriately enough, the Blue Morpho butterfly suits me perfectly. Underneath those wings is a dark chocolaty interior, both mysterious and beautiful.  Then there is music.  Often times, I can’t write or exist without it.  It is just very much a part of who I am and it makes me deliriously happy.  This lovely creature took all these elements to include writing and came up with something that still has me in awe!

I don’t think there is anything more perfect than this for Fiction!  It completely captures the theme of my blog and it does so perfectly.  From the ocean in the background, musical waves set the mood for the beautiful morpho butterfly dreamily hovering and dreaming the writing.

I am forever grateful to this beautiful person for allowing me the honor of her footprint on my blog.  You will not regret following the lovely Lisa at Lismore Paper.  I guarantee your dreams will come true.  My dream logo?  YES!  This has come true.  This image is perfect.  I could never have imagined such kindred perfection.  I am eternally grateful.

  1. Wait, what? Lisa did the image? I wish I would have read that before. I love it so much. Wow. Next time, Lisa will redo mine. I had no idea where to turn and ordered mine from Luthevenia. Ugh. Now I know better. I love this butterfly very much and its colors and whatever she has to say 🙂

      1. You know… I didn’t even have to give her much to go on and she nailed it! I am forever in her debt. She’s going wherever I’m going. That is for sure!

I do feel bad if people crowd her but… that’s downside of fame! 😉

    1. I am thrilled beyond words! I was so touched because I had no idea how perfect it could be. I had been struggling for a long time trying to find something that says what my site is and who I am. I actually had tears. I consider myself very lucky.

Thank you so much for your support Linda! I don’t take any of you for granted!

Much love and hugs to you!
