Something About Me

I used to write a lot back in high school and college.  I don’t know what happened.  Really.  I don’t.  Life I guess.  So what!  No regrets, no looking back.  I’m back to writing now and I feel feverish about it.  It’s all I want to do.  I want to write until the keyboard is soaked with blood from my fingertips and my brain is wrecked with vocab that doesn’t make sense.  Senseless babble.

I love music.  All kinds.  All languages.  It’s my background noise but sometimes I do have a quiet canvas. My process… read some of my posts.  It will give you a good idea.  I do listen to a lot of music and it feeds me endlessly.  Other times silence caresses thoughts, yielding surprising verbiage onto the screen/paper.

I’m a wife, mother, daughter, sister… friend?  Sometimes.  I like solitude but I love my children bothering me.  I love my husband watching me as if he’s enjoying me being distracted somehow while I pounce at the keys on the computer.  He’s so great supporting my recent addiction.

I don’t necessarily want to be a famous author.  More like rich.  LOL.  No seriously.  I thought I could write a good novel and it just turned into this journey of self discovery and other long works.  I feel alive and new and everything you can think of in dreams.  I feel young, not old and grey.  Well,  I’m not that old.  LOL  At least I don’t think I am.  I’m dancing as I’m writing this.  To what?  Coldplay’s Adventure of a Lifetime.  It’s one of my favorite tunes.

Listen… check out the blog some more.  I’m too eclectic to add more stuff here.  I’ll let you get to know me through my work.  And hey… if you find, you connect, feel free to give me a shout!

Oh… I’m fluent in French, Spanish and broken Italian. So you will find some of that here. I’m a little girl with a passion, a sense of fun all the time with hey you better do what’s right mixed in!  I’m crazy but nice crazy and I breathe in music, poetry, and all kinds of interesting art forms.  And I want to end this but I can’t seem to do it.  Very reflective of my writing.  It just keeps going.  LOL

See you on the other side of fiction.  All the way from Texas.
